Currently the DRC is collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to better assist new lot owners. “You have bought your lot, now what?” is a 1 page document that informs new owners of the process to proceed with creating their dream home according to the ALEGRIA specific design/build guidelines.
The DRC team is focused on serving our community and helping our neighbors to all be on the same page. 😆 (Pun intended!)

"Ya compró su terreno, ¿y ahora qué?" es un documento de 1 página que informa a los nuevos propietarios sobre el proceso para crear la casa de sus sueños, de acuerdo con las directrices de diseño y construcción específicas de ALEGRIA.
El equipo del DRC se centra en servir a nuestra comunidad y ayudar a nuestros vecinos a estar en sintonía.
