The first Central Valley Ecstatic Dance of 2025 is here! 🐾
Let’s kick off the new year by embracing our playful, primal selves and dancing with joy?
🙃 This Monday, we explore the theme of Play. Inspired by Mathew Human’s Monkey Medicine New Year’s celebration, we’ll be monkeying around to start the year with lightness, connection, and FUN.
Unleash your inner jungle animal, move like nobody’s watching, and reconnect with your sense of play. 🐒
📅 When: Monday, January 13th, 6PM
📍 Where: Alegría Yoga Shala
💞 Opening Circle and a short guided exercise to awaken your inner monkey
🎧 DJ: Ian Inspires
🎶 Musical Message: Mathew Human
✨ Bring your wild side.
✨ Bring your whole self.
*Please arrive early for the full experience.
