Next Monday, we gather in movement, in presence, in devotion — to attune to the wisdom of the Inner Compass. 🧭
Guided by the soulful rhythms of DJ Alchemys, we are invited into a journey of deep listening — a space to move from the inside out, exploring what a “yes” or a “no” feels like in the body. Developing our practice of presence, attunement, and embodied truth.
Natasha will guide a short opening to support that inward orientation before we begin with the intention to support clarity, embodiment, and subtle self-leadership — through rhythm, breath, and truth.
To close, Nathalie will offer a crystal bowl sound healing to gently integrate and harmonize the energies awakened through our dance.
