Saturday the 25th we will be offering a parents workshop at the yoga shala focused on creating healthy boundaries and limits with our children. Led by Margarita Valencia the founder of Casa Sula & La Floresta. Suggested contribution is per family and includes some activities for the children to participate in while the parents are in the class. Hope to see you there!
