At the Alegria Yoga Shala. All are welcome, no partner necessary. The course is free but we ask those who register to please make a donation to the Copali Road repair fund in whatever amount is right for you. Please bring your donation in cash on the second night (we'll explain in more detail the first night of class).
Bring a water bottle and wear loose, comfortable clothing. We'll dance barefoot. Please contact Deborah directly on WhatsApp to request disability accommodations: 1-413-345-8992 or email
