The voice offers us a powerful entry point into the exploration of who we are, what we want to express, and what is present for us in this moment.
The Vocal Sanctuary, is a one-day workshop to gently explore the use of the voice to cultivate presence, to connect with prayer and to allow play and exploration without judgement.
This is a safe space to come as you are and meet your voice with curiosity. There is no right way, no experience needed, no expectations to meet—just space to explore, express, and listen.
