Description
A fresh, zesty green sauce made with cilantro instead of parsley. Perfect for drizzling over grilled vegetables, tofu, rice bowls, or tacos. It's raw, quick to make, and packed with flavor.
Instructions
- Rinse and roughly chop the cilantro (stems are fine).
- Add cilantro, garlic, vinegar/lemon, and chili (if using) to a food processor. Pulse until chopped.
- Slowly pour in olive oil while blending to desired texture (chunky or smooth).
- Season with salt and optional onion/shallot. Let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
Note: Servings: ~3-4 cup (serves 4-6 as a sauce). Nutrition per Serving is for 2 tablespoons.
